Since 1987, with the help of its dedicated volunteers, Maine Animal Coalition has worked to promote compassion towards all animals.
Education is our most important tool. We believe in educating the public about animal suffering and exploitation in hopes that this knowledge will fundamentally change society’s approach to animals.
Members of the Maine Animal Coalition also believe in leading by example. Therefore, an important function of our organization is to provide members with the information needed to live lives that minimize animal suffering.
