Beth Gallie
Beth is a disability rights attorney at the Maine Center on Deafness and lives in South Portland, Maine with her husband and two companion animals.
Susan Rooker
Susan is our newest addition to our Board. She has written two books, "Practical Vegan" and "Lucky Pigs". As fair-weather vegetarian for over 20 years , she became a vegan after watching PETA's "Meet Your Meat" and reading "Vegan: The New Ethics of Eating" by Erik Marcus. She lives with her husband, two boys, and three companion animals on the coast of Southern Maine.
Lisa Valentine
Because of her love of animals, Lisa has been a vegan for almost three years with her husband Josh. She is passionate about following not only a vegan diet, but lifestyle as well, and enjoys educating curious folks when they ask her where she gets her protein from. Professionally, she has been involved in a marketing capacity for over 10 years and has worked with companies such as Office Depot and Talbots in their marketing initiatives. She currently serves as PowerPay's Marketing Manager, overseeing the strategy and development of the company's marketing programs. She is also is the active Past-President of the Maine Marketing Association. Lisa is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. She holds a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Simmons College in Boston and a Certificate in Leadership from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London. She lives in Windham with her husband Josh and their English Bulldog, Bagel.
